Every RICH Factory watch undergoes rigorous quality control before shipping. Learn about our 6-step QC inspection process.
Every watch is examined under magnification for dial printing, bezel alignment, date wheel centering, and hand alignment.
Each movement is tested for accuracy (timegrapher), winding smoothness, and power reserve. Only watches passing all benchmarks proceed.
Date change at midnight, bezel rotation (120-click), chronograph start/stop/reset, and GMT hand tracking are all verified.
Every watch is air-pressure tested for water resistance. Sport models are verified to at least 50m equivalent.
Glidelock and Easylink extensions are tested. Bracelet links are checked for smooth articulation and correct tension.
We photograph your actual watch from multiple angles and send the photos to you. You approve before shipping. No stock images, no surprises.
